The boys celebrated Mental Health Week with a special wellbeing and meditation session led by Donna Hawkins.
During the visit, they learned practical techniques to help them feel more relaxed, calm, and in control of their emotions. It was a wonderful opportunity to focus on self-care and mental wellbeing. 💚
