7J loved their Mindfulness and Aromatherapy with Donna (Ardoyne Shankill Health Partnership)

A huge thank you to Donna Hawkins (from the Ardoyne Shankill Health Partnership), as P7J enjoyed the second of their three Mindfulness and Aromatherapy sessions this morning, as they prepare for the SEAG Transfer Assessment tomorrow. The boys had the chance to smell different essential oils and use them to massage themselves to help relax their minds. A great session before tomorrow. The boys loved every minute of it.

This is Donna’s eighteenth year working with Holy Cross Boys’ and we always appreciate the extremely positive impact she has on our pupils. Good luck tomorrow boys!
