Preparations for School Return 2026-2027 The boys will start the new school term on Thursday 27^th August 2026 at the normal times. The first two days back will have earlier finishing times: Thursday 27^th & Friday 28^th August 2026 Earlier Finishing times: RR, ML & SL at 11.30am. Primary 2, 4 and 8:45am – 11.45am & Primary 3, 5 and 7: 9.00am – 12.00 noon. Please note that no dinners will be provided on these days. The school will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday 31^st August 2026.

Today, we said a massive farewell to our Primary 7 pupils. These boys have finished their HCB journey and they now embark on their new venture in September. Congratulations to all the boys who received their leaver certificates, awards and medals.

Well done to the three special people, Ciara Mulgrew (The Good Food Fund), Jimmy Laverty (Belfast Charitable Society) and Kieran Murray (Murray & Co. Belfast) who provide our pupils with great support and positive experiences and so collected our School Community Awards.

Thank you to all our special guests, including our keynote speaker, Kieran Murray, and of course, our amazing parents! All of the HCB staff are so proud of you all. Have a great summer!
