Flu Vaccination Programme in School

We have received a date from The School Health Immunisation Team (Wednesday 7^th December 2022) for the Primary 1-7 Fluenz Tetra vaccine (nasal spray).

P1-7 pupils have been given an envelope today which contains the Parent Information packs and consent form. Please read this carefully and complete, sign and return the consent form to your child’s teacher as soon as possible.

Pupils who do not return their consent form will not be given the vaccine. However, parents may still arrange to have the vaccine with their child’s GP.
