HCB Soccer team, under the guidance of Mr Mullan and Michael Gallagher, battled bravely to edge an impressive and sporting Cairnshill Primary School side in the first round of the 2024 Cyril Murray Cup yesterday.
In the away fixture, Ronan Burns starred in central defence as the teams drew 0-0 before two excellent penalties from Eoghan Cromie and Caiden McKinney and two remarkable saves from Bradain Kane in the penalty shootout ensured progress into round 2 for HCB.
