HCB advance in penalty shootout!

13th Oct 2023
Congratulations to the school football team, under the direction of Mr Mullan and Joe Gormley, who helped steer HCB into the third round of the EDCO U11 Cup (9 a-side) yesterday at Strandtown.
Goals from man of the match, Tiernan Graham and Christopher Moloney gave HCB a HT lead of 2-1 before Strandtown equalised and brought the game to extra time. After a pulsating encounter, Faelan McGuckian’s penalty strike proved decisive in the end.
Well done to the boys and management!
