HCB Awarded Certificate of Distinction for ‘The Spirit of Catholic Education Award’

21st Jan 2026

We are delighted to share that Holy Cross Boys’ Primary School has been awarded the Certificate of Distinction for ‘The Spirit of Catholic Education Award’ by the Down and Connor Catholic Schools’ Support Service.

This honour recognises the exceptional dedication, commitment, and leadership shown by our entire school community in nurturing and developing the spiritual and prayer life of both pupils and staff. It is a celebration of the values lived out daily in our classrooms, corridors, and wider school life.

A heartfelt thank you to Aidan Donaldson for his continued support, guidance, and encouragement throughout this journey.

We are incredibly proud of this achievement and grateful to everyone, in particular Miss Quirk (Religion Coordinator) who contributes to making HCB a community rooted in faith, compassion, and excellence.
