HCB highlighted the Anti-Bullying Message this week!

10th Nov 2025

Throughout this week, we highlighted the Anti-Bullying message with the theme: Power for Good, and the teachers did many activities throughout the week to remind the boys that we have a zero-tolerance approach to bullying and any reported incidents are taken very seriously.

Odd Socks Day on Monday was an opportunity to encourage people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique!

We also formed our new HCB Anti-Bullying Ambassador Team, which will start their role on Monday 24th November in the Primary 1 to 3 Play Zones to assist the staff member on duty.

Class Assemblies P2F and P7M performed two super assemblies to highlight key messages about the zero tolerance of bullying type behaviours at HCB.

We concluded the week with our annual Anti-Bullying Poster Competition. Congratulations to these boys who received a tuckshop voucher for the best Anti-Bullying Poster in each class from Mr McArevey.  Well done boys!
