World Immunization Week 2023 (Monday 24th to Sunday 30th April)

HCB worked alongside the school nurse, Angela, this week to highlight World Immunization Week, which is celebrated in the last week of April. The key aim was to highlight the collective action needed to protect people from vaccine-preventable diseases.

The boys participated in the PHA (Public Health Agency) Colouring Competition and the winning entry from each class received their prize today (£2 Tuck Shop voucher).

Some of our parents also attended the school this morning, to hear this important message and to ask questions from both Angela and Public Health Nurse (PHN) Collette. As it was Careers Week, our Primary 1-3 pupils were dressed up to show their favourite occupations. Well done boys!
