On World Mental Health Day our class was treated to an aromatherapy session with Donna.
Our session was this morning and the boys absolutely loved it. They were relaxed and totally chilled out.
Each boy got their own bottle of specially blended oils to help them relax when they’re at home. They just need to rub it onto their wrists and the lovely smell will help them calm down - we also used it today.
