HCB Anti-Bullying Week - Monday 10th to Friday 14th November 2025 - Anti-Bullying Week - Monday 10th to Friday 14th November, with the theme: Power for Good. The week kicks off with Odd Socks Day on Monday 10th November when staff and pupils are encouraged to wear odd socks to celebrate individuality and what makes us all unique. We will have our annual Anti-bullying Poster competition on Friday 14th November, and we will also introduce our Anti-bulling Ambassadors – Year 7 boys who will go into the Year 1-3 Play zones at break and lunch time.

World mental Health day was yesterday 10/10/21 To mark this today in class we discussed how it is ok to talk about feelings and especially the times when we feel sad, angry or worried. We thought about things we could do to make ourselves feel better if we are not feeling happy. We read the feel good book together and tried out all the things to see how they made us feel. Then we closed our eyes and thought of the things that made us happy. We listened to happy music and drew pictures of what makes us feel good 😌 When we finished we showed our friends. Then we put them together in a book to hang on our classroom door to show everyone. We hope seeing our pictures makes you feel happy too 😁
