World Mental Health Day 10/10/21

World mental Health day was yesterday 10/10/21
To mark this today in class we discussed how it is ok to talk about feelings and especially the times when we feel sad, angry or worried. We thought about things we could do to make ourselves feel better if we are not feeling happy.
We read the feel good book together and tried out all the things to see how they made us feel.
Then we closed our eyes and thought of the things that made us happy.
We listened to happy music and drew pictures of what makes us feel good 😌
When we finished we showed our friends. Then we put them together in a book to hang on our classroom door to show everyone.
We hope seeing our pictures makes you feel happy too 😁
