World Mental Health Day 2025

To celebrate World Mental Health Day we had a visit from Donna Hawkins and took part in a massage session. We all agreed afterwards that we felt more relaxed and happy. We discussed different ways of keeping ourselves happy and what we can do if we don’t feel ok.
