Year 8 post-primary applications for September 2026 will close at 12 noon Thursday 19 February 2026. MID-TERM 2 Awards – for Attendance, Reading & Numeracy Tuesday 3rd Feb 2026. Mid-Term 2 Break - HCB will be CLOSED from FRIDAY 6TH TO FRIDAY 13TH  February 2026 (Inclusive) for mid-term break & will reopen on MONDAY 16TH February 2026.

The application procedure opens on Friday 10 January 2025 at 12noon (GMT) and an application submitted by the closing date of 24 January 2025 at 12noon (GMT) will be treated as a punctual application. 

An application received after 12noon (GMT) on 24 January 2025 and up to 4 pm on 29 January 2025 will be treated as a late application, this is also the last date and time for processing a change of preference in exceptional circumstances. 

After 4 pm on 29 January 2025 no applications will be processed until after the close of procedure on 9 April 2025. https://www.eani.org.uk/parents/admissions/primary-admissions-guide

Verification documents may be emailed to the school using the email address, holycrossboys@hotmail.com. These may include, birth certificate, two 'proof of address' dated within three months of the date of application.
