Year 6 advance into EDCO Cup Semi-final

The year 6 football team, under the management of Mr Mullan, Tony, Joe and Michael advanced to the semi-final of the EDCO Cup yesterday with a 6-1 win over Glenwood at the Norman Whiteside Sports Facility.

HCB finished the first half 2-0 up, thanks to goals from Leon Shannon and Caiden McKinney. They came out strong in the second half with an early goal from Kaelem Madden to make it 3-0. Glenwood responded with a fine score but goals from Madden, Shannon and Jay Dilucia made it 6-1 at the final whistle.
